In view of the present situation, our company with many years of practical experience in sewage treatment, formed strong technical development and innovation capabilities in sewage treatment process and equipments and launched the complete sets of equipment s,such as,DAF series vertical dissolved air flotation wastewater treatment system .Because of its original design, the amount of generated bubble of the equipment is large and dense with much smaller diameter that can reach 20 micron with stronger adsorption force.In the reacting process, micro bubbles and flocculation occur strong combination and separation of suspended solids and water can instantly and thoroughly happen and   sludge at the bottom of the tank can be intermittently discharged.The operation shows that the treatment is stable, reliable, and up to the standard and it is widely praised by users because it is convenient operate and easy to master with low operation cost.

Flotation technology is widely applied in water supply and drainage treatment and wastewater treatment in recent years.It can effectively remove SS in wastewater, at the same time can reduce the non soluble COD.

As shown in the diagram, the dissolved air flotation sedimentation machine is mainly composed of four major components,such as,the flotation tank (also known as the flotation separation system), the air saturated equipment (also known as a pressure dissolved air system), air releasing device (also known as the dissolved gas releasing system) and dosing device.

The main features of the equipment

Floatation pool not only has scum scraping device, but also has specially designed precipitation collecting device capable of sinking SS that can effectively remove SS(the proportion of that is greater than water).

Air saturation equipment.Dissolved device produced by our company does a perfect integration of the reflux pump, valves, piping, dissolving tank, pressure gauge and so it   reduces a lot of inconvenience or even it can not be used in the process because the supply is not comprehensive.

Air releasing device.This part of the equipment is directly related with the wastewater treatment effect and durability of the flotation machine.Our dissolved air releasing device is durable without blockage.

Dosing device.Flotation machine usually needs the pump to the add two kinds of flocculants, PAC and PAM ,and we specially design the combined dosing device for convenient installation and use.

Air flotation equipment according to the processing capacity can be divided into:5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 80, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300m3/h and so on, also it can be designed according to the requirements of the customers.
