It uses the mature biochemical process technology, which called contact oxidation method. Water parameter is designed with water inlet BOD 20Omg/l and outlet BOD 20mg/l. The equipment is made up with six parts, including primary sedimentation tank, contact oxidation tank, the secondary sedimentation tank,disinfection tank,sludge tank,air blower. The detailed introductions as follows:1primary sedimentation tankprimary sedimentation tank is a vertical flow sedimentation tank. The rising  flow of wastewater is 0.6-0.7 mm/s and the deposited sludge was put forward into the  sludge tank by air.(note: the model WSZ-A O.5-5m3/h is designed  with out primary sedimentation tank)2 contact oxidation tankThe water after the primary sedimentation flows into the contact oxidation tank. The contact oxidation tank is divided into three stages, the total residence time of the water is above one hour. The time for emphasized equipment can reach six hours. The packings is the novel trapezoidal kind with easy conjunctiva and do not plug.The packing surface area  is 160m2/m3 .Gas and water ratio is approximately 12:1. (note: the contact oxidation tank has two stages for the model of WSZ-A 0.5-5T/h )3 the secondary sedimentation tankThe wastewater after the contact oxidation flows into the secondary sedimentation tank, the secondary sedimentation tank includes two vertical flow sedimentation tanks and they run in parallel. The rising flow of wastewater is 0.3-0.4 mm/s and the deposited sludge is put forward into the sludge tank by air.(note: the model WSZ-A0.5-5mT/h is design ed with sludge flowing into the sludge tank naturally)4 sterilizing tankAccording to the regulations , the residence time of "TJI4-74" is above half an hour. The residence time could be 1 to 1.5 hour as for hospital wastewater. Hospital wastewater treatment  equipment  uses the disinfections method with solid chlorine contact dissolution. Sterilization unit could change the dosages according to the outlet water flows , so the unit can realize the purpose of increasing dosages if outlet increases and reducing dosages if outlet reduces. The other sterilization units can add up if needed. (note: sterilizing tank and sterilizing units could be removed for industries wastewater)5 sludge tankAll sludges from primary sedimentation tank and  the secondary sedimentationt tank are lifted into  WSZ-A's sludge tank to aerobic treatment . The purified liquor from sludge tank backflows into the contact oxidation tank to be retreated. The left sludge is very small after aerobic treatment. It needs cleaning in one or two years. Fecal suction truck can be used to suck and transfer the sludge by dipping from the access hole in the sludge tank. (note: the model WSZ-A 0.5-5T/h is designed with sludge anaerobic treatment)6 air blowerThe air blower of WSZ-A is installing on the top of the sterilizing tank. The entrance is made up with double -layer sound isolation, and there is no noise when equipment running because of inlet muffler and fan filter. The air blower  includes  two sets of L-sized roots blowers so they could run automatically and alternately . Each air blower could run approximately 30000 hours.
